Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using careerz360 because as you agree you must abide by our terms and conditions. If you disagree with our Terms and Conditions fully or partially then you are not allowed to use careerz360.
 

Eligibility

Age of careerz360 user should be minimum 13, less than 13 years of age person will not be eligible to use careerz360.pk. We do not encourage the children under 13 to use careerz360 we neither collect information from children under 13 not we give authority to get registered on careerz360.
 

Registration

Registration is free for users there are no charges for registration or using careerz360.There will be charges for employers if they want to post a job. Otherwise our users may use careerz360 for free without paying any cost.
 

Rights and Obligations

As between you and careerz360 you own the content and information that you submit or post to the Services and  you are giving right and license to careerz360 to use, copy, modify, publish, and process, information and content that you provide through our Services, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others.

You can end this license for specific content by deleting such content from the Services, or generally by deleting your account

You agree that we may access, store and use any information that you provide in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and your privacy settings. You agree that your profile information will be truthful and correct.

You agree to only provide content or information if that does not breach the law nor anyone’s rights.
 

Compulsory Actions

You are bound to perform few things when you agree with our Terms and Conditions such as

You should obey the law of Pakistan

Provide your correct and accurate information

Use your real name on your careerz360 profile

Use careerz360 services in professional manner

Prohibited Actions

careerz360 or its services cannot be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes careerz360 has the right to terminate usage .

You are strictly prohibited to do following

No party can add/publish any content which depicts unprofessionalism, Vulgarity, harassment or obscenity.

Add content that is not intended for a designated field such as submitting a telephone number in the “Title” or any other field, or email addresses, street addresses or any personally identifiable information for which there is not a field provided careerz360.

Act dishonestly, unprofessionally, unlawful, abusive, obscene, biased manner or posting false, fake, inaccurate, or objectionable content.

Users may not enter data for another user and may not operate other user’s account.

Create a false identity using a fake name on careerz360 profile or enter a data which does not belong to you.

Not any party can misrepresent their identity, qualification, experience or any other details.

Not any party can enter data that does not belong to you.

Disclose information or violate intellectual property rights of others by any means.

Not any party may post job which is not for their company.

Not any party may post anything that contains software viruses, any other harmful code.

Use, copy, or transfer any information obtained from <ISP> without the consent of <ISP>.

Delete, cover or vague any advertisement included on the Services.

Overrule any security feature of the Services or breach of law.
 

Liability Limitation

careerz360 reserves the right to ban any party/user or cancel your agreement with careerz360 or deny  access to careerz360 at any time in case of misconduct, legal issues or any obnoxious action which is prohibited from our side or any unauthorized purpose which may harm us in any form. We reserve the right to change the contents of this site or to stop functioning at any time. We reserve the right to limit your usage or number of connections or ability to connect other users, number of posts, number of friends etc.

Termination

careerz360 or you (user) can terminate this agreement at any time with or without giving notice. After termination you will lose your right to access or use our services.
 

Modification of Policy

careerz360 has the right to modify, change, amend and nullify any clause or add new clauses time to time with the passage of time any change can be occurred in terms and conditions of  careerz360 If the change affects our users by any means we will notify you (users) in this regard through proper channel.
 

Disclaimer

careerz360 will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, moral, ethical, special financial damage or loss of data, opportunities, profits or revenues related to services. We do not warranty any party of suitability/perfection for any particular purpose, accuracy of data, non-breach of law, violation of law, misuse of your content or your information by other parties and users.
